Adult Breakdancing Classes
Breaking, is an east coast street dance that began in the early 70’s in the Bronx, New York City, is one of the five core elements of Hip-Hop culture.
This course focuses on all the elements of Breaking. Top Rocks, Footwork, Freezes, Stacking, Go Downs, Power Moves, Threads, Sweeps and Back Rocks. Participants can expect to gain a deep understanding of the art of Breaking.
This course is open to students of all ages and skill levels. Regardless of background, all participants will leave with newfound knowledge and insights into the world of Breaking.

House Dance Class
Learn the foundations of House Dance. Train and become comfortable in the movement vocabulary of three of the four elements of House Dance - The Jack, Footwork and Exchange. Lofting will come later.
