Afro-CariBELLA is a sisterhood that invites women to discover, reclaim, and embrace their bodies at all stages of life. This beginner/intermediate 4-8 week dance training is led by globally recognized dance master, Leyda "Lady Sol" Garcia who has worked with Caribbean music stars Wyclef Jean, Damian Marley, and Elephant Man.
Participants will be guided through upper and lower body warm-ups, stretches, and breath work followed by energized movements and easy to learn combinations & choreography inspired by Reggae, Dancehall, Afrobeats, and Reggeton music. In-person at Steadfast Studio, 1860 S. Blue Island, 3rd Floor.

Strap on your favorite pair of stilettos, let your hair down, arch your back, let your imagination run wild and be unapologetic about it! CWC helps you tap into womanhood by normalizing sexuality and expressing femininity through movement.
VIBE was created to inspire womxn to love and embrace their bodies no matter the circumstance - physical, mental, spiritual. VIBE is not your regular heels dance or yoga class - when you come to VIBE you’ll be encouraged, empowered & walk away with community. We believe in building each other up through movement and mindfulness.
Move With It
Come try some Zumba basics, twerk a little something and do some collective movement to fit in a fun workout in your day. The class is set up to be like a typical Zumba class model: following along with the instructor and of course, a party! Remember it's not about being the best and doing everything perfect; just have fun and Move With It!
